Refund Policy
All data purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error or technical failure in your order fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@marqreach.io with your order ID. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with campaign performance, email open rates, reply rates, or any metric derived from how the data is used post-delivery.
